iCloud communications lawsuit against Apple, another trademark infringement

iCloud communications has filled a lawsuit against Apple saying that they have infringed on its trademark and would stop Apple launching or promoting iCloud.

They say that Apple's iCloud has hurt there companies reputation and trademark with the global media coverage for there new service. The complaint calls for "all profits, gains and advantages" as well as "all monetary damages" and asks Apple to cease the name of iCloud and destroy all media and merchandising towards iCloud and its name.
