The new iOS 5 is capable of supporting 1080p digital output. Thia os great for all you iPad usersmout there bit means that the current generation Apple TV will have to be updated to atleast an A5 chip for this to work ad it can only currently support 720p HD videos and movies. We will have to wait and see for this to develop.
